Refund Policy

Because every piece we create is made exclusively for you, our refund and return policy reflects the nature of custom-made products. Please read this page carefully before placing your order.


1. Returns & Cancellations

  • Because every product is made uniquely for you from the moment your order is placed, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind. To make sure you are completely happy before production begins, we offer unlimited design revisions during the approval process — so please take your time reviewing your design preview carefully.
  • Because our team begins working on your design as soon as your order is placed, it is not possible to cancel an order for a full refund, even if production has not yet begun. If you wish to cancel your order before approving the design preview, we can issue a partial refund with $25 deducted per design to cover the artwork preparation already completed. Once you have approved the design preview and production has begun, no refund or cancellation of any kind can be issued.
  • Please note that the Priority Processing fee ($9.99) is non-refundable under any circumstances.

2. Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives physically damaged or with a clear manufacturing defect, we will send you a brand-new replacement of the exact same item, completely free of charge. You will not need to return the original.

To be eligible, you must contact us at support@lovinmemories.com within 14 days of confirmed delivery and provide photo evidence of the damage or defect.

We are not responsible for issues resulting from errors in the content submitted by the customer, low-resolution images, incorrect size selection, or delivery problems caused by an incorrect shipping address.
