Terms of Use

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. By using the Site, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and that your use complies with the laws of your jurisdiction. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

We may update these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Lovin' Memories sells personalized products made to order using artwork, handwriting, photos, or other content submitted by the customer ("Customer Content"). Because Custom Products are created specifically for you:

• Orders enter production upon customer approval of the design preview (see Section 6).
• Once production has begun, the order cannot be modified or canceled.
• Custom Products are non-returnable and non-refundable except as provided in Section 10.

Lovin' Memories currently ships to the United States and Canada only. Orders placed with delivery addresses outside these countries will not be processed, and any payment collected will be fully refunded.

By submitting images, drawings, signatures, or text, you warrant that you own the rights to the content or have express permission from the rights holder.

Prohibited Content: You agree not to upload content that is copyrighted by third parties, defamatory, obscene, or illegal. We reserve the right to cancel any order that violates third-party rights or applicable law.

License: You grant Lovin' Memories LLC a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your content solely to fulfill your order. All copies of your content will be permanently deleted 90 days after confirmed delivery.

Marketing: We will never use your submitted content for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

After your order is placed, our team will create a digital design preview within 1–4 business days.

• Production begins only upon your explicit written approval.
• If no response is received within 5 business days, the order will be placed on hold.
• If no response is received within 14 calendar days, the order may be automatically canceled with a refund minus a non-refundable design fee.
• Once approved, no further modifications can be made.

Please review your preview carefully. Lovin' Memories LLC is not responsible for errors present in an approved design.

An order is only accepted when you receive an email confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to production limitations, pricing inaccuracies, or suspected fraud. If canceled after payment, a full refund will be issued.

Prices are displayed in USD for US customers and CAD for Canadian customers. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the full amount at checkout, including shipping and applicable taxes. No hidden fees apply. Production will not begin until payment is cleared.

All production and delivery windows are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Lovin' Memories LLC is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, or incorrect address entry. Risk of loss passes to you upon handover of the items to the carrier.

We do not accept returns for change of mind. We will provide a replacement or refund only if:

1. The item arrives physically damaged.
2. There is a clear manufacturing defect.
3. The final product significantly deviates from the approved design preview.

Claims must be submitted to support@lovinmemories.com within 14 days of confirmed delivery, with photo evidence.

We are not responsible for errors submitted by the customer, low-resolution images, incorrect size selection, or delivery issues due to incorrect address information.

Final colors, textures, and positioning may vary slightly from the digital preview due to monitor calibration, fabric absorption, and the nature of embroidery. These minor variations are inherent to custom manufacturing and do not constitute a defect.

By using the Site, you agree to the use of cookies as described in our Privacy Policy. Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable privacy laws. You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.

You agree to contact support@lovinmemories.com before initiating a chargeback. In the event of an unjustified chargeback, we reserve the right to recover associated costs and terminate your access to our services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lovin' Memories LLC's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lovin' Memories LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, your use of the Site, or your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Wyoming, without limiting any consumer protection rights you may have under local law.
