Design Preview (1–4 days): Our team digitizes your memory into embroidery and sends you a digital mockup. Nothing moves forward until you love it!

Unlimited Revisions: Your satisfaction is our priority. Request as many changes as needed until you’re 100% happy with the design.

Production (2–4 days): Once approved, your memory is carefully embroidered onto your chosen item with high-quality materials.

Shipping: We package your order with care and send it your way. You’ll receive tracking details to follow your memory’s journey home.

Design Preview (1–4 days): Within 1-4 days after placing your order, you will receive a preview via email.

Production (1–4 days): Once you approve the design, we start production, which usually takes 1-3 days to complete.

Shipping (1-4 days): After production, your order is packed and shipped directly to you. Delivery normally takes around 1–4 days, with faster options available at checkout.

Because each piece is custom-made, previews are only created after you place your order. This way, we can carefully digitize your memory and prepare an accurate mockup. However, once you receive your design, you can ask for unlimited revisions until it feels just right. We’ll only begin production once you’re completely satisfied with the final version.

Most photos and drawings work perfectly. Here’s our tips to make sure you get the best results:

  • Ensure the picture has good lighting
  • Place it on a flat surface
  • Photograph it from above without shadows
  • Make sure the photo isn’t blurry

But don’t worry, our team reviews every file, and if any changes are needed we’ll contact you via email before starting production.
