Because each piece is created specifically for you, your order goes through a short design approval process before production begins.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the United States and Canada, and free shipping is available on all orders over $95.
Order Process
Your order follows 3 simple steps:
- Design Preview – Within 1 to 4 business days of placing your order, our teams will create a digital design and send it to you by email for review and approval
- Production – Once you approve the design, we begin production. Production typically takes 1 to 3 business days to complete.
- Shipping – After production, your order will be shipped. Delivery usually takes 1 to 4 business days, depending on the shipping option selected at checkout.
Customers who select the “Priority Processing” option ($9,99) will receive their design preview within 24 business hours. Please note that this option only affects the design preparation time and does not impact shipping times.
