Shipping Policy
Because each piece is created specifically for you, your order goes through a short design approval process before production begins.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the United States and Canada, and free shipping is available on all orders over $110.
Order Process
Your order follows 3 simple steps:
- Design Preview – Within 2 to 4 business days of placing your order, our teams will create a digital design and send it to you by email for review and approval.
- Production – Once you approve the design, we begin production. Production typically takes 2 to 4 business days to complete.
- Shipping – After production, your order will be shipped. Delivery usually takes 3 to 5 business days.
Customers who select the “Priority Processing” option ($9.90) will receive their design preview within 24-48 business hours. Please note that this option only affects the design preparation time and does not impact shipping times.
Shipping Options
At the moment, we only offer Standard Shipping, with estimated delivery within 3–5 business days once your order has finished production. Shipping costs $7.99 to the U.S. and $9.99 to Canada. Orders over $110 qualify for free shipping.
Free shipping eligibility is based on the final order value. If a product, add-on, or other paid option is later removed and the revised order value falls below the free shipping threshold, the applicable standard shipping fee will be deducted from any refund issued.

All delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. While we will do our best to keep you informed of any known delays, Lovin’ Memories cannot be held responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers or external circumstances.
During periods of high demand, production times may be slightly extended.
